A booking deposit of $50-$100 is required to secure your appointment and is redeemable on treatment. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if appointment is rescheduled within the allowed time.

We require a minimum 24 hours notice for appointment changes and cancellations.

Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment.

All treatments that are medical procedures come with risks. These will be discussed in detail during your consultation. Treatment will only be commenced after a thorough patient assessment has been completed. We hold the right to refuse treatment at any time.​​​
