FOUNDER | COSMETIC NURSE
Nurse Mel returned to her hometown of Echuca/Moama after many years away and wanted to provide the community with a locally based, patient focused and professional cosmetic service.
Mel has been a registered nurse for 17 years. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing, she went on to complete a Graduate Certificate of Clinical Practice. She comes from a background of Recovery and Critical Care Nursing as well as being a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiothoracics. Her journey into Cosmetic Nursing began in March 2017, where she trained and worked at Cosmetic Injectables Australia.
Patient safety is Mel’s number one priority, with a clear focus on ensuring her patients best interests are being delivered. She understands the importance of ongoing education and self development in this constantly evolving industry. She keeps her skills and knowledge up to date by attending hands on trainings and conferences, as well as regular masterclasses and webinar trainings online.
Mel is passionate about promoting healthy skin and enhancing her patients' natural features. She develops individualised treatment plans according to their specific needs to achieve the desired natural looking results. Her belief is that cosmetic treatments should never be obvious or over the top and the goal is to simply to enhance her patients natural beauty, not change how they look.
